USPTO Changes
The USPTO is undergoing many changes.Here is an article by Suvashis Bhattacharya, an IP attorney with Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner about new rules affecting all inventors as of November 1, 2007:
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Publishes New Rules on Continuation and Claiming Practice.
If you're thinking of filing a patent, you should pay attention to the changes in allowable claims.
